Chez Bureau opened on Gia Chanturia street with one quiet idea — that good coffee, served without hurry, is a small luxury everyone deserves. Chez Bureau გია ჭანტურიას ქუჩაზე ერთი ჩუმი იდეით გაიხსნა — რომ კარგი ყავა, დაუჩქარებლად მოწოდებული, პატარა ფუფუნებაა, რომლის ღირსიც ყველაა.
The space is small, but it was built carefully. A deep burgundy lacquered counter you can rest an elbow on. A softly lit arched alcove holding wines, syrups, and whatever else we think belongs there. A window that opens onto the park with its old cedars and wrought-iron lampposts.
We didn’t want a café that shouts. We wanted a place that feels like someone’s living room — if that someone happened to love coffee very much.

Espresso pulled from a serious machine by people who care about the result. Milk textured properly. Beans chosen for balance, not for shock value. Tea from proper leaves. Hot chocolate that is actually chocolate.
We believe the difference between an ordinary cup and a memorable one is mostly attention — so we pay attention.

Next door to the café, you’ll find Bureau.Subjects — a shop of small objects for the home. They share our building, our sensibility, and our belief that ordinary days deserve a little beauty.
Come for a coffee, leave with a ceramic cup. Or the other way around.
